Refunds

Refunds will be given on a case by case basis. All preorder sales are final and refunds will not be provided for a change of mind.

 If your item has arrived damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our ‘Contact Us’ page on our website. This will enable us to contact Australia Post and start an insurance claim. If the claim is successful, it may then be possible for us to offer a refund but this is at our discretion. We reserve the right to offer alternative solutions instead of a refund, such as a replacement (dependent on stock), guaranteed access to an upcoming box, and/or a discount code. Any discount code provided will only cover the cost of the box, shipping will still be paid by the customer unless agreed to by us.

We reserve the right to ask you for proof of damages prior to any compensation being agreed upon by Euphoric Lit. Proof must be provided in the form of a photo with the damages clearly shown including your name, the date and your order number written on a piece of paper.

We may ask you to destroy the book if compensation is agreed upon. You will be asked to remove the front and back covers of the book & provide a second photo. This photo will include in black marker your name, the date and your order number written on the title page. Please do not damage the book before we ask you to.

If you no longer have the book in your possession, Euphoric Lit will deem that you no longer have a loss and any agreement to provide compensation will be rendered null and void.

An item will only be deemed as lost by the postal service if your tracking shows that the item was never delivered. If the tracking is marked as delivered, Euphoric Lit will deem the item as delivered. All of our book boxes ship inside plain black packaging to mask the potential monetary value of the parcel and to assist in deterring thieves. Having your package taken after the postal service marks it as delivered is not covered by our Refund & Return Policy. 

Returns

Returns will only be accepted if you have received the wrong item, they will not be given based on change of mind. If your item is damaged, please refer to the Refunds section of this page. We will only accept returns within 7 days of the item being delivered. 

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@euphoriclit.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will then request proof of the item delivered through a photo of the item with your name, the date and your order number written on a piece of paper. Once received, our team will guide you through the returns process.

Please ensure you keep all original packaging as you will need it to return the item to us.

Euphoric Lit reserves the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the date of the policy update.

Damaged Book Guidelines

What DOES qualify as damaged:

• Any tear, rip or cut visible on the book larger than 1 cm 
• Marks on the front or spine that cannot be removed and are larger than 1 cm
• Damaged pages/edges that affect the readability of the book 
• Punctures anywhere on the book
• More than one ripped or bent page that affects the readability
• Formatting errors that affect the readability 

What DOES NOT qualify as damaged: 

• Small scratches, marks or residue on the book including foiling 
• Small creases on the top or bottom of the book 
• Wavy pages 
• Small dents on the cover or spine that do not affect the readability
• Small white spots or scratches on sprayed edges
• Uneven sprayed edges

Please keep in mind that there may be some variation with sprayed edges, no two books will be exactly the same. When it comes to applying foiling, there is always a small margin of error and our printer cannot guarantee precise application every time. Foiling that is slightly off does not count as damage.
